Caterina in Kangaroo Valley is a catering service. Chef Katrina Endean’s culinary passion was nurtured from an early age in a family of permaculture and horticulture enthusiasts. Katrina’s ethos is to create unforgettable food experiences using wholesome, organic and local produce.
Katrina is a fully qualified chef and has worked at vegetarian restaurant ‘The Fernery’ in Crow’s Nest, ‘Cafe Kangaroo’ and ‘Source’ in Kangaroo Valley before starting her own business with fellow chef, Cheryl Patterson, called ‘Two Short Ladies’.
Katrina started ‘Caterina in Kangaroo Valley’ 2008.
When she’s not whipping up scrumptious culinary feasts for a wedding, Katrina can be found alongside cheeky lyrebirds in her avocado and citrus orchard or nestled amongst the sweet peas in her divine permaculture kitchen garden.
