Join us for a special evening as Hentley Farm brings its award-winning Barossa Valley wines to Kangaroo Valley for an exclusive Wine & Dine event at Osteria La Vallata. This one-night-only event will feature a 5-course Italian meal prepared by Chef Marco Salvestrin, perfectly paired with premium wines from Hentley Farm.

The evening’s menu includes highlights like Sydney oysters with tempura seafood paired with Hentley Farm Blanc de Noir, slow-cooked veal with a tuna fish sauce matched with Estate Garganega, and a roast pork belly with truffle mash served alongside ‘The Beauty’ Shiraz and ‘The Beast’ Shiraz. Dessert will be a classic tiramisu with a sparkling Shiraz pairing.
