I’m Brad, owner and baker here at Terra & Mare Pizzeria (Land and the Sea).
I’ve been a local baker and pastry chef in the region for over ten years now and had the opportunity to start something of my own –
Our main goal is supporting local growers and producers. Our pizzas / pastas and desserts are a traditional Italian style of baking, with handmade pastas and sourdough pizza bases as a staple.
I believe local and regional farmers, backyard growers and producers play a huge critical role in our food and restaurant community.
At the moment, we are using 80% local ingredients within a 50km radius of the Shoalhaven and 20% of our products are regional within NSW.
Really to us its about knowing where our products come from and serve a great fresh product for locals and tourists alike to enjoy.
We are aiming to have a regular rotating menu that highlights what’s in season at the time and what we can source.
We pride ourselves on using quality local and regional produce where possible, supporting producers from the mountains to the ocean.
Specialising in naturally fermented doughs, our takeaway pizzas are a must!
