The great man himself – Sir David Attenborough has turned 100 years old. Did you know our @kangaroovalleyadventureco hosted the legend right here in KV!Kangaroo Valley Adventure Company hosted the BBC team in 2001 and 2002 during the filming of The Life of Mammals (BBC, 2002) it will always remain a special part of our history. For months, they worked alongside Sir David and the BBC crew as they explored the unique native wildlife of Kangaroo Valley.At just 8 years old, Billy who now runs KV adventure company was lucky enough to shake Sir David’s hand, spend time with him, and witness the passion and sincerity with which he spoke about Australia’s native wildlife. His deep respect for the natural world, especially iconic species like the platypus, has absolutely shaped his own passion for the work they do today.Please join us in wishing him a very happy 100th birthday. 🎂👑
